Home Staging ServicesVerbal ConsultationThis is a working session where the home seller takes notes as Whitehall Interiors & Home Staging conducts an evaluation of the exterior of the house to assess its curb appeal. Next, each room of your house will be evaluated. Often, some furniture and art work will be moved during our session. By the end of our two hour session, you will have a thorough list of recommendations which, upon completion, will ensure that the home is market-ready. Written ConsultationThis is a three hour working session where Whitehall Interiors & Home Staging takes notes and digital photos as we conduct an evaluation of the exterior of the house to assess its curb appeal. Next, each room of your house will be evaluated and photographed. Often, some furniture and art work will be moved during our session. Within 48 hours of the consultation, we will provide you with a comprehensive written Action Plan detailing our recommendations. We will also provide you with a Check List of Tasks to be completed to ready your home for staging. We will also provide a disk containing photos of the exterior and interior of your home. Staging ServicesWhether you opt for the verbal or written consultation, it's up to you to decide if you wish to complete the pre-staging tasks on your own, or have Whitehall Interiors & Home Staging assist by referring you to a range of service professionals including landscapers, painters, handymen, and flooring experts, among others. Once the pre-staging work is complete, we will stage your home, finalizing all details from curb appeal to arranging furnishings, art work, accessories and any additional special touches needed to make your home market-ready.
